Vintage Kelvin Norton Clip On Inspection Light With Power Supply Lead For Ferret AFV

This lovely looking lamp is a Vintage Kelvin Norton Clip On Inspection Light With Power Supply Lead For Ferret AFV.

Made by The Kelvin Norton Electric Company Limited, Warrington, UK, Part No. 520435. The lamp is in fairly good cosmetic condition with surface scuffs and some pitting commensurate with age and use.

Very useful lamp for those working on their classic cars or for close up work in the garage/shed.  It could also be used as a small wall hanging spotlight around the home. We were informed that this spotlight was typically used in a Ferret AFV (Armoured Fighting Vehicle), but I'm not able to corroborate this.

Lamp head measures 4" (10.2cm) in diameter and has a large clip to enable you to clamp the lamp to a suitable place close to your working area. It also has a ball joint mechanism so that the lamp can be swivelled to the best angle for illumination.

It comes with a long black lead but no plug.
