Thermally insulated for energy efficiency, this oven utilizes an efficient power gas burner and boasts high-velocity precision-targeted airflow distribution panels to deliver consistent, repeatable baking results. The design allows for stacking up to two units high, maximizing space efficiency. Clean-up is a breeze thanks to the removable front panel, crumb tray, and top and bottom airflow distribution panels. The single oven model comes standard with 18" legs and 6" casters, while the double stack oven includes 12" legs with 6" casters for convenient movement and stability.
